Click on settings in the toolbar at the top of AmaSeis programme, select device in this window select Rockwave HS-3

Click on settings in the toolbar at the top of AmaSeis programme, select Com port make sure the com port number is the same as the one in Mission control settings
Click on settings in the toolbar at the top of AmaSeis programme, select this station this information is about your location enter a station name, latitude, longitude, Elevation, and the relevant component
Click on settings in the toolbar at the top of AmaSeis programme, select Helicorder set the horizontal time-limit to 30 minutes , gain 1 , decimate factor 1 (to start with have the filter settings off}
Try experimenting with the gain setting in the Helicorder
Experiment using the filters. The settings which I have found useful, suggested by Rockwave, are Filter out High Frequencies = ON, with a value of 10 seconds for the cut-off period
