The draught proof box, was made with  50 mm thickness of Knauf Space board , I brought a pack which had {4} panels in it , Width ( 500 mm)  Length (1200 mm)  Thickness (52.5 mm)

Cut 2 boards in half  this should give you {4} panels  500mm x  600mm   { used 2 for the ends of the box)  and the other 2 are for making the top

Cut 2 boards  500mm x 1016 mm , then use the two leftover pieces to finish the top off

I used silicone sealant to join the panel together ,then reinforced using gaffer tape
