This GPS module board makes an excellent time source. What I like about this GPS board is that the antenna has a long cable, there are many combinations you can use to connect to the PC computer you want to synchronise. There is an option to use USB connection, this must be used as this is powering the circuit board, and there is an RS 232 , Bluetooth connections on the circuit board. The software that comes with the module that allows you to change settings on the GPS circuit board, I am using this with the Tardis software, this monitors clock drift and uses the time that is received from the GPS signal to synchronise the computer clock.
