Kilgetty's Got Talent - The Live Final
After weeks of rehearsals the contestants are almost ready for the Kilgetty's Got Talent's Live Final. Organised by New Life Christian Fellowship, the Live Final will take place at Kilgetty Community Centre on Saturday December 12th from 5.30pm onwards.
Organisers are encouraging locals to go along to their FREE family fun evening. Free refreshments of hot dogs, snacks and Fairtrade biscuits will be served at 5.30pm before the show. The talent packed final starts at 6.00pm.
All of the contestants will be competing for the first prize of £100, and hoping to be crowned as the most talented act in Kilgetty. Runners up will be awarded £50 for second place, and £25 for third.
Making some tough decisions on the night are the panel of four judges: Kilgetty's Sharron Hardwick, one of the event organisers, and youth judge Philip Evans. They will be joined by guest judges Ben Stone and Gareth Morris, from Radio Pembrokeshire.
However, the fate of the contestants is not in the judges hands alone:
“The talent bar has been set extremely high for Kilgetty's Got Talent Live Final. The acts have put a lot of effort into their performances and our job as judges will be far from easy. Although judges get a majority vote, the public could clinch the final decision as each person in the audience can vote for their favourite act. We'd love people to come along, enjoy the show and vote for their favourite.” said Sharron Hardwick.
Kilgetty's Got Talent Live Final starts at 5.30pm in Kilgetty Community Centre. For details call: 01834 831533 or 0782793781 - ALL CHILDREN MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN APPROPRIATE ADULT.
